This solid Black Alfa Romeo Graduate Roadster has sat for a few years, and could use a little help. It was driven into a garage a while back, with the intention of restoring it and the project never was completed. There is a Brand New Top on the car, a New Battery, New Tires, and from 20 feet away it doesn’t look too bad. On closer inspection you can see the signs of it sitting in a barn. With just a few days effort, you could turn this Alfa back into a beauty. The front valance is a little crunched, the right side rocker has a spot of rot and there is a golf ball size rust hole in the bed of the trunk. The chassis is not too bad, remarkably. No attempt was made to clean it off, and lots of elbow grease will be called for. This is an air conditioned car, and all parts for that are still intact. The tires are in great shape with lots of tread probably 90%+, but no spare tire. A jack is in the trunk, along with some ancient Sony multi-CD sound devices for music. Black exterior and Tan interior makes this a very sharp looking package. Even now, while sitting and not even running, it constantly attracts lots of attention. The seats have stood up better than anything else and look like new, and most of the interior could be made to look nice with a thorough cleaning. The Original Alfa Floormats faded but can be brought back. The car ran well when it was parked, and it isn’t locked up and cranks right over and almost starting up when we tried, so you won’t be able to drive it home, but it could be on the road in a day or so. There is one ignition key, a Brand New Factory Repair Manual and car has a clear title. Engine, 5 speed Transmission, Drivetrain, Suspension, A/C and most body panels and interior panels are all in really great condition, but vehicle is being sold as is due to its age. This 20 year old Alfa Romeo Spider Convertible needs a new home as we purchased another toy (BMW 325cic Convertible). Buy it now and you can have it ready by the weekend, just in time for Spring.
