Chequered Flag International is pleased to offer this 1947 Bentley MK VI RHD in Midnight Blue over Silver with Chocolate leather interior. This belonged for many years to the famous TV evangelist Dr Gene Scott. He loved older high end English cars and this was one of three we purchased from his estate. In '98, but only a few miles ago, a $21,000 + engine, etc rebuild was done by Rusnak Rolls Royce, Pasadena. California (with receipts). Good mechanically & drives well. Solid underside. Paint & body are not very good and should be redone to make this more than a driver quality car. Interior is pretty decent, leather on the seats is quite nice. Drives door panel needs repair. In summary:- a good solid car that has had a lot of mechanical work that needs cosmetically reconditioning to take it to the next level. Quite drivable and quite collectable. Inspections encouraged.
