Bentley SEDAN UNTOUCHED R-TYPE BENTLEY

This is a very nice original Bentley R-Type unmolested ready to be restored. I have brought this car 2 years ago from a previous owner who had it for the last 30 years.The car is very complete with its original spare wheel and some of the original tools. It comes with a sunroof, a radio and a hitch. The body and the chassis are very solid with a very few rust spots (shown on the pics). Paint is terrible.The engine is now running and the 2 carb floats are new. A new exhaust sytem was added but the car is still noisy as the manifold gaskets need to be replaced. The clutch is operating and the gearbox shifts well. I haven't been able to drive the car on the road as it is not registered. The brakes are working and the master cylinder was resleeved. The interior is used and faded and will need some TLC. Woods are in good shape but will need to be cleaned. Carpets are original and need to be replaced. Inspections are more than welcome. Please call me at (860) 399 9900 to set up an appointment.
