This auction is for a 1986 BMW 735i. I bought this car from a friends neighbor. It needs a transmission, I think.? I am not a mechanic or am not in any way mechanically inclined. The car has 198XXX miles on it. It looks awesome – there are some normal dings for a 1986 vehicle. The inside is immaculate. Seats are all perfect and leather. It starts up fine. Sounds good. Does not smoke whatsoever. It drives in Reverse only. When you put it in Drive or 123 it just doesn’t want to go at all. Has the sport 123 shifter knob. Headrests are electric and seats are heated. Has the premium sound setup w/ the amp in the trunk along with the stock speaker setup. The person who I bought it from doesn’t know if it’s the tranny or not. I had a couple people look at it (not mechanics) and they said prob the tranny. The fluid was a little overfilled and it is perfectly red clear. It has the sport select shifter. The smog is good – you can go to DMV California and do a vin check and see that it passed smog every time. Tags are about 100 bucks. I just don’t have the time or the money to invest in this beautiful car. So it will have to be towed. Payment is due at time of auction. My reserve is under a grand and this car is well worth it.
