Up for auction is this very good condition Buick with the 403ci/6.6ltr V8. I aquired it in June 2007 with the intent of keeping it, as I love this period of American vehicles, but I have too many vehicles and projects and no where to keep them all so some have to go. The fellow I aquired it from had inherited it in October of 2006 from and elderly lady who had owned it since July of 1980. I still have the title that was issued in 1980. It is not currently registered and has not been since 2006 but the elderly lady did drive it regularly to church/groceries/bank and kept it garaged.
It has been repainted at some point but I'm not sure when. The paint is in real good shape except for a few blemishes you can see in the photos. The interior is also in really good shape with except for a few blemishes you can see in the photos. The engine runs and drives good. There is a hole in the muffler. The A/C does not turn on and is still on R-12. The fan motor only works with a bypass switch someone installed under the dash. It has a factory 8 track player that still works, the power antenna does not. Power windows/locks/seat work well. It has a cruise control servo but no switch on the blinker stalk? Tires are good.
Overall this is a very good condition very nice Buick Electra that needs a good home to someone who can garage it and preserve it. Please contact me with any questions.
