1949 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible
1949 Cadillac Series Sixty-Two Convertible’s was one of the greatest postwar American designs, it was a high-demand item and is widely recognized for excellence.
The 1949 Cadillac represented a dramatic change. The styling was beautiful, but the car was mechanically revolutionary because that was the first year for the lightweight, overhead-valve V-8 engine. The 331-cubic-inch engine had 160 horsepower, and it could push the Caddy to 60 miles per hour in 12.1 seconds. The top speed was about 105 mph.

Almost every part needed to make the car perfect comes with it in the auction. It comes with lots of original parts that need to be chromed or refinished. Has considerable amount of rust. It been stored for a couple years and BUT THE ENGINE RUNS STRONG. I don’t have time to restore this car and anyone is welcome to inspect the car.
