This is a 1981 Z28 Camaro. I originally bought the car in 1987 and it was stock and 100% original paint and all. Original speedometer mileage was over 100,000 but with current drive train it is under 7,000. It is very good shape, never been in an accident and the body is solid and straight with a few minor door dings. The paint is old and in need of a new paint job as the clear coat is peeling off. The interior is 98% original and in very good shape. Driver side seat is worn and the cloth is torn but the rest is good but could use a good cleaning. It has a new Kenwood tape deck with CD player option with 2 x 12" sub and 2 x 6" tweeters amplified in the rear deck. This is an original 350 car but without the original drive train. I currently have a fuel injected stroker 383 with a 700R4 transmission with a 3500RPM stall converter and a 411 12 bolt positraction rear end with c clip less axles. This was all built in 1998. I have had the speedometer and cruise control calibrated to this drive train so it is accurate. The rear axle has been converted to disc brakes to make it four way disc brakes all around. With the exception of the dash clock, cruise control needs a switch, AC compressor needs new lines ( I have all new AC components just needs to be put together) rear window defroster, steering gear box has a slight leak, hater core needs replaced, everything works on this car. The car has been sitting for quite some time so the injectors need cleaned but she starts right up with no problem. Now about the motor:

She’s fast and sounds great, and runs on high test pump gas. I hate to sell her but I have other priorities in my life and she has to go. Like I said it has less than 7,000 miles on the new drive train and is completely high performance. No smog emissions exist on this car. This is a California car originally. I do have the original shifter and other parts for the car. I have all the receipts of the work done and items purchased for the car, especially the motor. I have well over $22,000 invested into this car but my reserve price is Far Far below that. It needs love and attention and she will be a fun car for anyone.
This vehicle is being sold as is and without warranty. It is how it has been explained in the above paragraphs and photos presented. The paint is in need of being redone. It does not show well in the pictures that the clearcoat is peeling everywhere.
Not for legal street use in California. It will not pass the emisions tests as this vehicle is strictly high performance.
E mail me for any questions. Thanks for looking.
