I never thought I would see the day I sold old faithful but I have a need for an extended cab truck and have purchased one. It has a lot more miles on it than the 108000 original miles this truck has. But I have faith in Chevrolet.
The truck for sale is a 10 Scottsdale 4X4. With Automatic, Air, Tilt, Cruise, 305 V8, 3:42 RE, AM, FM, Stero, Auto locking hubs.
I have insulated the floor and headliner.
It also has a ¼ inch thick, cold rolled air bumper on it. You can pump it up to 150 pounds of air and have an emergency air tank with you at all times. If you get rear ended, it will stop them there. It also has a drop down tire carrier; just crank the tire down if you need to change one.
Within the last 3000 miles I have replaced the air conditioner pump and switched to the new coolant. I also replaced the muffler, installed new brakes and emergency brake cables. Changed the transmission oil and flushed the radiator. I also replaced the water pump. The battery is only 4 years old and there is an air horn replacing the original horn. In all about $1500.00 has been spent in repairs.
Nada Blue Book puts this at $8555.00 top. With the small amount of rust I know it would take another $1600.00 to fill and paint it. The seat needs a new cover if you want it in perfect condition.
With that in mind I am asking only $4900.00. Which is $1800.00 below book value.
