Up for auction is a 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible. Originally a L46 350ci-350hp, 4 speed manual transmision
Prior 10-year-owner only drove approximately 2500 miles. During the time he owned the vette, he performed the following improvements: repainted in 2001 the original Daytona Yellow, Rebuilt and balanced 350ci(not original), New Edelbrock"Quadrajet", New clutch, Re-cored radiator, New starter, New original black upholstery and seatbelts, New black convertible top, New master cylinder, New brake calipers, New stainless steel parking brake system, New power steering pump and power steering conversion to a STEEROIDS rack and pinion, New shock absorbers, installed a chambered under car exhaust system.
This is a very presentable and respectable Driver. It always starts and idles smooth, engine has great power, transmission shifts smooth, clutch feels great. Paint is not perfect but is very glossy and presentable, interior looks great, top is new, chrome is above average(not new). The A pillars could use refurbishment(see pictures).
