Up for auction is this Unbelievable Condition 1968 Chevy II Nova Sedan. This car is as Original as they come. Please keep in mind that this car is 40 yrs. old and it DOES have some dings and small dents from doors being opened on it, but all in all , this car is in Great shape. I will try to list all of the Original equipment on the car as well as the condition of the car to the best of my Knowledge. First this car still retains its Original Engine (307 ci. w/ 2 barrel Carb.) and Transmission ( 2 speed Power glide ) as well as the Rear ( 308 ratio I think ). This car still has it's original T-3 Headlights and Factory AC (that works but probably needs a charge from sitting ). It also still has the Original Factory Installed exhaust. All 4 GM Spiral Shocks it came with are still on the car. The interior is also Original except for the carpet. The Original AM Radio is there and Works fine. The car will need seat covers as well as Carpet. All 5 Original Steel wheels are still there with bias tires and GM Dog Dish Hub caps ( with some small dings and dents ). The Spare and jack are in the trunk as well but NO LUG WRENCH. The sheet is Original ( fenders, Trunk Pan, & Floor Pans are in Remarkable Condition ). Now for the paint. The Original Owner took the car to a Production Paint Shop and they shut the doors and taped the car and shot the outside. I must say this isn't the best job I've seen. I believe that the body shop that painted the car did a little repair work around the rear wheel wells but according to the condition of the trunk the work Had to me MINOR. The Door jams and the inside of the trunk are all Original Paint which still shines. I have never seen a more left alone trunk in my life. It has Tinted glass from the factory and is in Excellent shape. The car runs and drives Great. This would be a car someone could get started in the classic Hobby without a TON OF MONEY. I hate to say it but this would make a great parts supply for someone restoring a Nova Coupe. All the stainless trim around the glass is like NEW with little or NO nicks on them. The bumpers are Original and still shine with little or NO Pitting. This car was Garage Kept it's whole life. I believe that the reserve is a fair one for the type of car and the remarkable condition this car is in. You just don't find them like this one anymore. The car has NO WARRANTY offered or implied and is sold as is. The winning bidder must pay any and all shipping fees for pick up and delivery. Please ask questions before bidding and serious bidders PLEASE. Check my feedback and you will see I am not trying to hide anything. I reserve the right to end this auction early because the car is for sale Locally as well. Good luck

O5A G

I also want to add that the front bumper has a small dent in one of the points on the passengers side of the bumper about the size of a dime.( see picture )
also the rear bumper has a scrape in it that might be able to be rubbed out but not sure. ( see picture ) The reflection you see in the bumper is the tie down eye bolt as well as the side of the inside of the box trailer the car is stored in. Sorry :(
I'm just trying to be as Honest and up front about this car as I can.
On May-13-08 at 16:44:55 PDT, seller added the following information:I was asked about the Radiator. The car still retains its Original Harrison Radiator with ALL of the Correct Tags on the side of the tank ( for an Automatic ) as well as it's Original AC Radiator and both are in Excellent condition. The AC Radiator doesn't even have any bent fins or any damage at all. Hope this helps.
On May-14-08 at 16:12:01 PDT, seller added the following information:I have had a lot of interest in this car and many have asked what the reserve is set at. I have the reserve set at : $3800. I feel the car is worth that just in Original Parts alone. I failed to mention that the car still has it's Original Factory installed Fan Clutch & 7 bladed fan dated C 68 on it and both are in Excellent condition. Good Luck
