This is a rare 1936 Chrysler Imperial Airflow 4 door sedan. The body is stright, no dents. Fenders need some work, small dents. Body has surface rust, sand, primer, and paint. Perfect car for a complete restoration, very rust free, except for 2 small spots that are rusted thru. this car has spent most of it's life in Nevada. Includes all the seats and cushions. Interior needs complete reupholstry. The car is about 90% complete. Missing some small parts that are not to hard to find. Has everything to make the car run and drive. The grill needs to be rechromed . Hood is very rusty, have a nice rust free second hood included. I was told by the estate that I bought it from, that the engine and running gear were rebuilt about 25 years ago and the car has been setting ever since. There is fresh paint on engine, trans, overdrive, rear end etc. so am pretty sure the running gear was reworked at that time. I have owned this car for about 10 years and have done nothing to it. I just got the engine running, sounds good, no knocks no blow by, no smoking, good oil pressure, runs on 8 cylinders. I am sure this car would drive great. The radiator looks fresh. Some glass is missing. Has a clean California title. Brakes work, has new brake shoes, not sure about the hydralics. The buyer will have to trailer this car. I have inside window garnish mouldings and outside stainless mouldings, plus some other parts not shown in pictures. $500. deposit by PayPal, in 3 days of end of auction, full payment in 7 days.
