This auction is for a 1985/1966 Citroen 2CV Charleston.  This car is a rare original Fournet imported vehicle with the correctly modified blue chassis. It carries the popular Burgundy/Black Charleston paint scheme (not a 2CV6 Special that has been repainted to look like a Charleston).  This is an incredibly nice original car that was sold new through Fournet in 1985 to a Sacramento, California enthusiast. This car has always stayed in California and has absolutely no rust. Interior is in pristine condition and the original rubber mats look new (they were covered with other mats) - you would be hard pressed to find a nicer unrestored car.

This car has 87K kms (approx 55K miles) and has the complete Robri trim.  Recent work includes a new convertible top, new front and rear bumpers, new outside mirrors, 4 new tires, new upholstery, new front brakes, new battery, a freshly rebuilt carburetor and fuel pump, electronic ignition, and is freshly serviced with full tune-up including a valve adjustment.  All work done by Citroen Concours of America in San Diego.
