1968 Dodge Dart GT Convertible !!!!
Lets go back to the a time when cars where built tough and you did not need a degree to work on them and you have this 1968 Dodge Dart GT Convertible!
This car came to us about 6 months ago and needed a make over. We decided that instead of just selling it the way it sat that we would give it the respect it deserved and stared putting her back together as close to original as we could.
NO this is not an all Original car but has the look that it is.
What we have done -
We took off all the parts except for the engine and sent it to the shop to get repainted no to its original color(YELLOW) but a nice green.
Repainted the motor
Reinstalled the entire power convertible system with new top and all lines and pump.
Put new tires on all around.
Had all the brake work done.
Added new carpet.
Repaired the Air Conditioning to Ice Cold ......
There are a few little things wrong but nothing big.You can see in the pics where there are a few flaws around the edges when the top is down and i show them all!
The Number on the motor is 4104230-318-1 LA We looked up this motor and its not the original motor but is a very saught after Race motors that was an option.
The history is unknown by us on this classis but we feel its better to make your own than follow someone else's anyway.
