This is my son's car. He bought a Satellite so now is selling this one. It's a 1975 Dodge Dart Sport. 225 6cyl with 3-speed on the floor. Has manual steering and heavy duty drum brakes. Inside hood release. Thats about it. Low optioned car. It sold new here in Grand Jct Colorado and has been here in the high desert it's whole life. We have the owners manual, original bill of sale, fender tag, and broadcast sheet. It's a good running, licensed driver of a car. Believe we are the 4th owners.
The body is almost rust free. Has some rust in the lower rear quarters what we call western rust. Tire well in the truck has some minor surface rust. Thats pretty much it. Is a undercoated southwestern car. Floors, frames, well all the metal is great. Still has original paint that is starting to get thin on the roof. Has 30 years of chips and scratches. We buffed and waxed it and looks decent. Has a dent in drivers door and some dings by the gas cap. Rest is pretty dang straight. Nice bumpers and trims
Motor is all original. Runs good and does not smoke. Tranny and rear end are in good shape. Like most 30 year old cars, the front end needs a rebuild kit and needs new tires. Has good brakes and new shocks.
Interior is pretty worn. Needs dash pad, head liner and carpets. Door panels are winkled but could be saved. Seat are in real good shape. All the lights and guages work. Glass including windshield is in good condition.
We get 25-28 mpg with this. Great car to drive or drop in a big block and go wild.
Don't have a buy it now price but don't have a reserve either.
