This 1962 Dodge Dart is owned by my niece's husband. He is the third owner. His dad (2nd owner) got the car in about 1993, and he got it when his dad died.
This is the 440 body style.
The car was painted prior to his family getting it in 1993, and it is otherwise all original. It has about 69,000 actual miles.
The car is totally roadworthy, and in the condition as shown in the pictures. It is white with red vinyl interior, push-button automatic transmission, big block 318 engine, dual exhaust, power steering and power brakes.
This car has been relisted because the first sale did not finalize. The winning bidder bid for her cousin who wanted a Dodge with a big block V8. The previous listing described the engine as a big block, but there was considerable disagreement from several viewers. The bidder's cousin also did not consider it a big block, so the transaction was terminated with "no harm no foul" and no hard feelings.
Please feel free to ask any questions. The answer may be delayed until I can confer with my niece's husband.
Good luck!

I removed it from the title, but missed the reference in the description. I have received many emails, about half saying that it is a big block and half that say it isn't. Either way, I do not mean to represent this engine as a big block. |
