This is a 65 Coronet 500. It's a very clean car! It's an original 273 car but now has a 69 HP 440 and a 727 Torque-flite automatic and 8 3/4 rear end. I have just tunned it up with new plugs, wires, belts, fuel pump, fuel filter, shocks and master cylinder. It has a bench seat in it now it was an original bucket seat console shift car. I have the console that goes with it and it's a console with the factory tach. The car runs and drives, and it's healthy! It needs to be restored to be perfect,but it would be an easy restoration, or a really good Hemi clone but as you can see by the pictures it's all original sheet metal and very clean. There's no putty in it except it looks like a tiny spot on the bottom of the drivers side front fender that had work done on it at one time, maybe a 4 by 4 inch spot. The frame doors trunk and everything else is really solid. All the electrical stuff works and the gauges. All the trim is in really nice shape also as well as a perfect grille. I also have the original build sheet. This car sat in a garage for about 24 years and that saved it. The vinyl top looks like it did when it left the dealer in 65. It does have a little tiny crack in the windshield, wich I priced at $165.00 installed from a mobile glass company. All the other glass is in great shape.
