I have owned this car since 1984, I am the second owner. This was imported by myself in the mid 80’s. The car basically sat in my garage for most of that time. I have had the car repainted a Ferrari red. Since this is an english car there is no A/c and NO smog system. It was federalized when I imported it and it comes with the release papers. The following has been done to the car since I purchased it;
- Undercarriage media blasted a number of years ago and need to be painted.
- Cam shaft replaced
- Windshield replaced and frame polished.
- Complete interior recreated in Italy in Connelly leather seats have the bolsters replaced and upholstered in Connelly with Daytona inserts. Kit includes door panels, firewall panel, 3 tunnel parts and all moldings in leather.
- I had the carpets reproduced in black Wilton carpeting and about 1/2 of them are installed as of now.
- Radiator replaced last year
- Complete brake system redo including new master Cylinder, booster, brake lines and pads
- New fuel pump
- Driver side vent window assembly replaced
- 2 sets of wheels one media blasted to base awaiting repaint other set in excellent shape.
- New Carello headlights
- Plexiglas headlight kit with mounting hardware awaiting installation
- Many parts re-chromed including Bumpers.
- New hoses (to be installed)
- New Koni socks front and rear (to be installed)
- All chassis panels under car removed for rework.
- Many spares including parts manual service manual etc.
This car is ready to be tided up or perfect for a restoration. There were not many right hand drive cars manufactured and this can be a winner.
