1978 Ford F150 4X4
This is a very nice 1978 F150 4 wheel drive. 351M engine with 4-barrel Holley carb. 4 speed manual transmission with granny low. 9 inch rear end. Engine runs very well - doesn't smoke, choke or puke. Transfer case, transmission and drivetrain are all functioning great. Right front hub needs to be replaced/repaired for 4 wheel drive to work. Does not leak or drip ANY fluids.
Approx 120,000 miles. This was used as a daily driver until last fall. I simply have too much in my yard and need to make room.
The box was removed because it was in very sad shape. The cab is in decent shape - rear cab corners are rusted and there is a crack in the floor on the driver's side where it meets the door jamb. There is also a dent in the left front corner of the hood. The interior is very nice, with no molestation. It has newer carpeting and new seat cover.
The frame is solid and straight. This truck was well-taken care during it's life, but Wisconsin winters are not kind to sheet metal. The vehicle is in need of new rear brakes and exhaust.
My objective was to build a wooden bed and have a fully functioning vehicle for the winter months. You probably have even better ideas.
Vehicle is sold as is, no warranties are expressed or implied. The title is clear. The truck will need to be hauled or towed to it's next home.
