For Sale: 1968 R code Torino GT fastback 428 Cobra Jet
One of 660 1968 CJ Torino GT Fastbacks.
This car is a project that will require some work, but once restored will be a great addition to any collection. Engine, transmission and rear end are gone so car is being sold as a roller. Car must have sat outside for a period of time because there is a fair amount of surface rust. Floor pans will need to be replaced. Golf ball sized holes on both lower rear quarters will need to be addressed. The rest of the body and the frame rails are solid. Paint appears to be mostly original. Car is not free of dents and dings, but does not look bad considering its age. Dash is cracked and seats are torn, but interior is all there including the console.
Car was originally sold in Lewisville, Texas and now resides in Houston, Texas. It comes with clear Texas title and a deluxe Marti report to help document the car. Door tag and VIN tag are both in tact and match the title and the Marti report.

$500 deposit due within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Paypal preferred. Remaining balance due within 7 days. Vehicle will not be released until all funds have cleared. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I can help with shipping arrangements and loading of the vehicle or car can be picked up in person.
