Up for sale is my pride and joy which I have enjoyed a lot. Due to financial status I have to sell my toys and this one will hurt! Below are the list of items that were used to build this very unique roadster perfectly name the "Rumblebee". It has won at every show that I entered in beating out much more fancy streetrods, but what makes this car different is in its styling and color combinations. You can give this car a different look everytime you take her out. You can go topless, by removing it's cloth covered hard top, you can remove the side hood vents, etc. many different ways to show off your ride. Car runs very good and the miles shows it without NO problems. The seats were originally tan but had them sprayed black (some wearing off on the drivers side) but does not take away from its appearance. Car has never seen rain nor snow (Florida car) and has always been garaged in an air conditioned area. No rust what so ever. If you have any questions feel free to contact me via e-mail. Successful Bidder
The winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours by email and or phone to proceed with payment and pick-up arrangements. Final bid is a legal contract of purchase.
Payment Methods
Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer. Cashiers check and money order will have to be cleared with the bank before the release of the title and vehicle. Upon transfer of monies clear title will be sent via UPS or Fedex to winner along with all documentation. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.
Payment of balance Due
A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required within 48 hours of the closing of the auction, via PayPal. The balance to be paid within 7 days of the close of the auction via one of the previously stated methods. Failure to comply with these requirements, without prior approval from seller, will forfeit either your deposit, the right to purchase the vehicle or both.
Shipping
You have several options for picking up this vehicle. If it’s outside your local area, you can travel to pick it up in person, drive it home, or use a shipping service to have it delivered to you. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, and I will assist as needed.
Warranty
This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of bid. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. There is no warranty expressed or implied. I welcome requests for any specific photographs. This roadster has CLEAR TITLE, registered in the State of Florida as a 1932!!!!!
Notice to Bidders
I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle, which is listed locally, no longer be available for sale.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer and leave negative feedback for the non paying winner. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
