You can decide if you want to drive it or restore it. It would be a relatively easy restoration as nothing is really beyond fixing. I took pictures so you can see the seat fading, etc. This car starts and runs down the road the way it should. Just remember it is a 21 year old vehicle. The belt is off the air conditioner so I presume it is in-op.
These were fun cars to drive and it would be fun to have one restored to drive and save fuel. This car is being sold as is so please ask questions and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
