Honda : CRX Si RUST FREE CALIFORNIA CAR many new parts! & NO RESERVE!

Here is a really rare opportunity for someone on the east coast to acquire a totally rust free 1st gen CRX Si.  This car was just purchased in California earlier this summer and then $900 spent on transporting it back to the east coast!

In addition to the pristine condition of the body on this car, the motor and drivetrain has undergone significant restoration just this year.  In the past few months the car has had the following work done to it -
- most of the seals and gaskets on the motor have been replaced.  there are no oil leaks.
- it also has a rebuilt engine head,
- the following parts are new 
  - water pump,
  - belts, 
  - shock absorbers (Front & Rear),
  - front brakes,
  - battery,
  - starter,
  - ignition coil,
  - distributor cap, 
  - spark plugs and wires,
  - Sony ipod radio.

The interior of the car is typical of most CRX's of this age, ie, the driver's seat has wear on the side bolster, and there's wear on the carpet where the clutch pedal is.  The exterior of the car has been painted at some point in the past, and for some reason the owner chose to paint the roof black.  However, that being said, there are no major dents on the car, and it shows no signs of ever being in a severe collision.  To finish the restoration of this car in to a very nice and collectible CRX all the new owner would have to do is get the seats recovered, and have a nicer paint job applied to the body.  Once again... this car needs NO rust repair to be done to it.  The body is close to mint condition as far as rust is concerned!!  Not only that, the interior is in very clean condition 

I bought the car with the standard steel wheels you see on it in the photos.  The prior owner said someone had stolen the alloy wheels.  I happen to have another CRX parts car that has alloys and I'm willing to include that set with the car for someone who offers the 'Buy it Now' price.  I also run a part time business fixing up and restoring the 1984-1991 Civics and CRX's.  For anyone who wishes additional work to be done on this car, I'm willing to give up to 20 hours of billable work for a discounted price of $40/hour, a $20 discount from my normal $60/hr rate.  Don't hesitate to inquire about any other service or restoration work to be performed on your existing CRX or Civic.
