I have up for auction my 1978 Cj-7 custom purpose built rock crawler and trail rig. This was a frame off restoration completed in 2006. This a great jeep that can be driven all day long with one hand fully locked in. As you can see there was no expense spared in building this rig. The listed prices of each area are parts only "no labor". I have completed every trail at tellico NC. I did rub the passager rear corner panel cracking the jell coat only, last time I was down there. Engine: Amc 360 rebuilt 800 miles ago. All internals are new with roller rockers added. $2,800
There is a Hollwell TBI fuel injection kit added with the exact engine specs entered into the ecm computer. This system will run a any angle. $1,300
Exhaust: Headers, custom duel bent stainless 2.5" exhaust with hushpower 304ss mufflers with stainless steel (ss) turndowns. $750
Frame: Rust free frame coated with pore 15 $800
Body: 4wd warehouse fiberglass tub, fiberglass fenders, and hood. There is a new aftermarket windshield frame, original 1978 grill, and oringinal 1978 instrument panel $1,700
Steering system: This is a highsteer full hydro with double ended 2.5" ram 8" stroke, eaton orbital valve, 2 gallon of synthetic power steering fluid is run into a aluminum tank, oil cooler, and spin-on filter that is driven by a agr pump. The jeep also comes with stock ps gear box, tie rod, draglink set-up to convert it back to street legal. $800
Brakes: power brake booster with front and rear disk brakes. $350
Shocks: Front bilstien 5125 with 14" travel rears are doshtec hydro 12" $250

Driveline Front axle: Dana 44 disk brakes with 4340 chromoly axles inner and outer 30 spline. The axle u-joints are CTM rebuildable joints, Detroit locker, 538 gears, hysteer knuckles and steering arms, rock ring differential protector, warn premium lockouts and painted in por 15. $1,800
Rear Axle: Dana 44 with Moser custom alloy 30 spline axle shafts, detroit locker, rear disk brake conversion with cadilac calipers and parking brakes, "SOLID" cast diff cover , 1.25 aluminum wheel spacers and coated in por 15. $1,300
Trasnsmission and transfercase: Transmission is a turbo 400 with a advance adapter to convert to a gear driven dana 18 twin stick case with 2h,2hi,4lo,2hi that was recently rebuilt with new bearings, and intermediate gear and shaft. I have a spare turbo 400 and one spare dana 18 complete transfercase that in included in the sale. $900
Drive shafts: Front and rear are both Tom Wood. The u-joints are his gold joints. The rear is a high angle performance capable of 35 degrees. $800
Suspension: Custom trianulated 4-link coils front and rear . Anti sway bar in the front with removeable disconects. The upper and lower arms are DOM tubing. The lowers are 5/16" thick and uppers 3/16 thick. There is Currie jonney greasable joints on all ends of control arms for the ultimate flex and reliablility. $800
Interior: The seats are best top reclinable bucket seats and matching rear bench seat (not installed) $400
The floor coating is dupli-color bed liner
Role Cage: Custom tube 6 point 1 3/4" role cage that is tied into the frame. There is mounting bolts through bolted through flanges at the tub so the cage can be removed. $400
Fuel Tank: RCI 17 gallon aluminum fuel cell with operational GM sending unit. $275
Add on's: New Onboard York compressor thith safety switch 120 psi shut off, liquid filled gauge and 1.5 gallon air tank. $800
On board alternator welder I have used with limited success, I have not played with it much. I may not have the right rpm, rod combination $400
