Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior
to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this
is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact
the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase
transaction must be paid in full within 5 calendar days. We will store car for
free for five calendar days and nineteen dollars a day after that. We reserve the
right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. We
reserve the right to close the auction early in the event that the vehicle is
sold prior to the end of the auction and shall not be held liable for any such
cancellation. We will not end an auction early until a deposit or payment in
full is received. Buyer consent to condition that any dispute that may arise
shall take place under the laws of the state of New York and all litigation may be brought in Richmond County of the State of New York. We are happy to help our customers with shipping
however the winning bidder is to pay all shipping costs. Please keep in mind
that used vehicles may have typical dings and scratches inherent for their year
or may not come with all of the original books, keys or accessories. Please
review all photos carefully and ask questions prior to bidding if there is
anything you are not sure about. We welcomes pre-sale inspections but they MUST
be completed prior the end of the auction. Car is available for inspection at
any reasonable time. It will be assumed that you have inspected the car fully
if you have placed the bid .This Car sold as is and where is with all faults
and possible defects. We are not the first owners of this car so we can not
guaranty history, condition or reliability if any function or performance of
the car, nor mileage or title. You buy what we have.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit (non refundable) within 24 hours of winning the
auction that can be made through Pay Pal to fellyny@gmail.com. Please call us to make arrangements for
final payment.
Payment
Cash-in person, Personal or Bank Check, Bank Wire Transfer. We
will not release the car or title until funds will clear .If you pay cash- in person, you
can pickup the car immediately, if you pay by Bank Wire you will be able to pickup
the car the same second fund available on our account. And if you pay by money
order or any kind of check, you would have to wait 9 business days until it
will clear.
