This is a Classic! This 1969 Lincoln Continental Mark III is in great shape! It has even competed in car shows and won prizes. It was a favorite in local parades. My grandfather owned this car and it was his favorite of 9 antique and classic cars he kept as a hobby. He took great pride in keeping them all original and was careful to keep them out of direct sunlight. He passed away and now we need to pass on the joy of owning such a nice car to someone else. Hopefully, someone will care for it as much as he did.
This car was the top of the line in 1969. It is equipped with powered windows, locks, headlight covers and seats - including passenger. The interior was kept especially clean with plush carpet, leather seats and ceiling all in great shape. It has an AM/FM Radio, COLD A/C, tilt wheel, shoulder seat belts, and a really cool horn! The Michelin tires are in good shape. The chrome is in great condition too.
There are only a few blemishes. The trunk carpet shows some stains. There are a few rusty spots - one on the trunk lid, and some bondo (or some type of filler) on the passenger's side.
We have the original owner's manual and several of the trophies my grandfather won in the car shows. We have been driving it around town and it is fun to drive! It is smooth and a real head turner!
