up for auction !!!!!!!! a 1946 lincoln continental coupe,
12 cylinder v8 3 speed trans, with continental kit, this car is a survivor it has never been touched, never alterd no added metal nowwhere all original..numbers maching car.motor is not lock down it turns easily as you turn the fan. .we have had this car in our family since 1972 my grand father had it and in 1984 my father bought it and allways wanted to restore it but never had the time ,,i guess we all know how that is..from the time its been in our family the car has lived most its life inside then some outside as you can see...this car is in great restorable condition it is a complete car everything is there, everypart including the back lighters and ashtrays every switch, all knobs even the key! exept one hubcap passenger side is missing ,,the rust on the car is all surface rust exept for the two spots you see in the pictures.those two spots need to be repaird...the floor pans are not bad but do need to be repaired, i did see a few holes in the pans but not big ones. there is one dent on the roof passenger side behing the back window a limb fell and dent it can be pounded out no problem...the frame on the car is solid no rust thru no cracks nothing.the body on this car is great to be this old of a car this body is strait.of course the total interior will have to be redone.the motor and trans ran when my father drove home in 1984 but since has been parked and never moved. it has some controls on the left side of the sterring wheel the say air with a knob as a selector switch so i think it has air but dont hold me to that i will check further..
