You are bidding on a 1962 Mercedes Benz 220 SE. The vehicle is in great conditions, The engine is not original , its supposed to have a 6 cylinder but it has an 8 cylinder engine. Here's a little history about the car... My uncle bought this car from a man in 1993 who I believe was the original owner. This man sold it to my uncle after he had done the modification of the engine . My uncle had it stored from 1995 to 2007 in his warehouse, recently took it out and now has it for sale. The car is in great conditions as you can see in the pictures. The car starts on the dot. There are couple of imperfections on the paint, they are shown in the pictures. Here is more info I have found out about the car. The engine is from a mid 80s Mercedes 380SE, so it's a 3.8 engine. The car comes equiped with A/C and power steering. I took some pictures of the floor pans and the undercarriage. I have contacted the mechanic that did the swap on the engine and the original engine and trans might be available, I will have an answer tomorrow. Thanks and Happy Bidding.
