This vehicle has been
strenuously road-tested.
Please be aware that you are purchasing a pre-owned
vehicle. A pre-owned vehicle is NOT brand new and every
component is NOT brand new. We do not guarantee the
CD magazines, navigation discs, instruction manuals,
floor mats, extra keys or remotes will be included.
DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING ! We try to advertise all vehicles
as accurately as possible, but please consider that
all are pre-owned. We do our best to make our vehicles
look great, but please realize that they may have minor
flaws in the paint or interior. Some vehicles may have
had prior touch up to cover excessive micro chips or
scratches. All our work is done by professionals. We
would be more than happy to go over the entire vehicle
with you on the phone if you so desire.
We have invested documented time, money and material
preparing this vehicle for sale on eBay. We will not
be held responsible for any repairs subsequent to the
end of the auction.
Buyer understands that the purchase price is established
exclusively through this eBay auction medium. You are
welcome to have a third party mobile inspection service
inspect the vehicle at our facility at Buyer's expense.
However, we cannot allow the actual auction process
to be disrupted. Please arrange any scheduled inspection
or test drive prior to placing your bid.
All vehicles are sold as-is and no warrantee is implied by the

Terms of Sale :
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an
auction early should the vehicle no longer be available
for sale. We may elect to relist any car that is not
fully paid for within 5 business days. Bidders with
zero or net-negative feedback are asked to email prior
to bidding.
At
the auction close, the winning bidder will receive
a bill of sale with payment instructions via email.
Payment :
$ 1,500 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours
via PayPal, Bank Wire or Cashiers Check. Remaining balance
to be prepaid in full via Cashiers Check or Bank Wire Transfer
within seven (7) business days.
FEES : There are NO additional
fees with this purchase.
TAXES :
ILLINOIS and OUT OF STATE BUYERS ARE SUBJECT
TO THEIR STATE HOME RULE SALES TAX AND LICENSING FEES.
Delivery Options : Shipping
is the Buyer's responsibility. Please call us for auto-shipping
references as we have established relationships with several
bonded and insured carriers - providing timely and professional
delivery services throughout the US. Should you
choose to fly in and drive your vehicle home - we will provide
delivery of your vehicle to O'Hare International Airport for
an additional $ 90.00.
NOTICE : Effective January
28, 2008, eBay instituted a feedback policy allowing ONLY
'Positive' feedback to be left for Buyers. As a result, all
Buyers purchasing automobiles from 'best-in-class-products'
through the eBay Autos forum will be required to leave 'Positive'
feedback for their purchase prior to release of vehicle -
no exceptions. Seller will post 'positive' feedback for Buyer
after 'positive' feedback is received from Seller.

shall not be responsible for the correct description,
authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and
makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance
or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness,
imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or

Please be advised that no oral statements concerning
any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty
of the condition of said vehicle. If a personal inspection
is not possible during the auction, we may facilitate
an inspection by your chosen local independent service
center, during the auction, at buyer's expense. No
inspections subsequent to the close of the auction.
No exceptions.
The advertised mileage represents the actual miles
displayed on the odometer when the car was placed
on ebay. These vehicles are extensively test driven
and actual mileage will differ at time of sale. We
have no history of service performed to repair or
replace defective odometers on vehicles of this vintage.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee the 'true mileage'
of any vehicle. Our vintage vehicles have limited,
if any, service records from previous owner(s).
It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly
inspected the vehicle prior to the close of this auction,
to be satisfied with the condition and value and to
bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall
make a reasonable effort to disclose any known defects
associated with this vehicle. The photographs of this
vehicle represent an effort to disclose the physical
condition of this vehicle. Seller assumes no responsibility
for any repairs regardless of any oral statements
about the vehicle.
Please remember your
Ebay obligation. When you bid, you are entering a
legal binding contract. Please do not bid unless you

and the reserve is met, you are obligated to follow
through with your purchase. Remember, there is a shared

In the event
any dispute arises from the sale of the Item, these Terms
of Sale shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the
State of Illinois as they apply to agreements entered into
and to be performed entirely within Illinois between Illinois
residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You
agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Auto
Importers, Inc. must be resolved by a court located in Cook
County, Illinois, and in no other location. You agree to submit
to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within
Cook County, Illinois for the purpose of litigating all such
claims or disputes. You represent and warrant that by bidding
on the Item, you will prepay for the Item in full within seven
(7) calendar days from the end of the auction, and that until
you prepay such amounts, Auto Importers, Inc. has no duty
or obligation to ship the Item to you. If you do not prepay
all amounts due within the time set forth in this Item sale,
then Auto Importers, Inc. has no duty or obligation to you
to ship the Item and may, in its sole discretion, re-list
the Item at any time. You further represent and warrant that
