TERMS OF SALE:
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. Full payment is due within 48 hours of Auction end. For payment we will accept cash in-person, Bank wire transfer, and Bank certified funds. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. If you have negative or zero feedback please contact us before you bid or we WILL cancel your bids.
We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Please keep in mind that your bid is a legal and binding contract, and failure to comply will result in legal measures taken to the best of our ability. 99% of the time we have the titles in our possession but in some rare cases it might take up to three weeks for the buyer to receive the title. A $150.00 dealer doc fee is due in addition to all final values. This charge covers title services, FED EX charges and related services. It is not meant to be an extra profit center, and in most cases barely covers these additional expenses. NY buyers must pay sales tax. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states.
