THIS IS A 1987 300D TURBO DIESEL IN THE SMALLER 300E BODY.INLINE 6 CYLINDER TURBO DIESEL ENGINE.LOTS OF POWER.STARTS INSTANTLY.SHIFTS THROUGH ALL GEARS PROPERLY.DRIVES NICE.WE HAVE DRIVEN THIS CAR OVER ON THE FREEWAY AND AROUND TOWN AND FOUND IT VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELIABLE.WHEN FIRST STARTED IDLED A LITTLE ROUGH TILL WARM.WE PUT SOME REDLINE DIESEL INJECTION CLEANER AND DROVE IT ON THE FREEWAY AND IT HAS CLEANED UP A DIRTY INJECTOR.GOOD OIL PRESSURE.POWER WINDOWS ALL WORK.DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW SWITCH A LITTLE TRICKY BUT WORKS.SUN ROOF WORKS.POWER DOOR LOCKS WORK BUT I HAVE TO USE THE PASSANGER SIDE DOOR TO LOCK THE CAR BECAUSE THE DRIVERS SIDE LOCK IS BUGGERED UP A BIT.CAR APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN RE-PAINTED IN THE LAST YEAR.VERY CLOSE TO ORIGINAL COLOR BUT WITH MORE METTALIC.LOOKS GREAT.NO SCRATCHES OR DINGS THAT WE HAVE NOTICED.WE HAD CAR DETAILED TESTERDAY IN AND OUT.LOOKS GREAT.DRIVERS DOOR PANEL HAS SOME COSMETIC ISSUES BUT THE POWER SEAT OPTIONS WORK.FORWARD ABD BACK AND TILT.THE HEADREST BUTTON NOT WORKING.DASH HAS A COU[PLE SMALL CRACKS.THIS IS THE SAME MOTOR AS THE 300 SDL CAR. RUNS GREAT AND HAS WAY MORE POWER THAN THE 5 CYLINDER MODELS OF OLD.NEVER GETS HOT.NO FACE FOR THE CD PLAYER RADIO.A/C PROBABLY NEEDS A RECHARGE.CLEAN AC. TITLE.QUESTIONS,CALL 619 249-8833.....
