| Project 1956 Type 220s sedan in "Deep-Red"
1956 Mercedes Benz 220s . This 220s has the dual carburetor. This is a four speed manual on the tree plus reverse. It starts and run real well. It does start everytime without any problem. Mechanically in real good shape. I bought this car about 1 1/2 years ago to restore it. I have been working on it and have made some progress on it. It was not running nor was painted. What inpressed me about this car; was the fact that there was no rust on the car at all. I no longer have the time nor the resources to continue with the project. Your gain; my loss. The car must be tow or place in an auto trasport since there is no glass on it at all. Winner is responsible to arranged trasportation and car must be taken within 10 days from the end of the action. A 1000.00 dollars deposit must be place within 48hrs from the end of the action. Pay Pal is highly recommended. It goes with a clear Arizona title.

Cylinder head recently proffessionally rebuilded and installed new original gaskets.
Carburetors had been rebuild with the type 32 PAITA rebuilt kit.
Exhaust manifold gasket is also new. Water cover plate replace also.
Spark plugs, wires, condenser, rotor, rotor cover are new. Fresh oil and oil filter.
New tires,rebuild starter and generator.

4 Speed manual
Shifts smoth, no problems
Exterior;Painted about six months ago with DUPON paint and clear coat. Have all glass; front and rear windshield plus door windows.
Front and rear bumper were polished. I do have some of the moldings but basically needs all of it to include brake lights and hardware. What you see on the photographs, is basically what goes with the car. I will include all the moldings and chrome that I might find on a box that came with the car but I can not guarantee anything.
Interior: It only goes with the driver seat only. Everything else is not there. It goes as it looks on the photographs. (NO RUST) see pics.
The original ignition swith was inop. A universal ignition swith is installed on it. Please ask all questions and I will do my best to respond as soon as possible.
