Mercedes 300D 1985 Diesel Bio Diesel w 2 Hydrogen Gen
Any Mercedes Benz Diesel enthusiast knows this was the best 300 D ever.
1985 300D Turbo Diesel, (It has installed 2 Hydrogen Generators capable of increasing the car miles per gallon)
It has the better of 2 Worlds
it can run on regular Diesel, Bio-diesel, and with the 2 Hydrogen Generators boosting your mpg. Installed by a Mercedes Benz Certified Technician at a Mercedes only shop (records included).
The fuel price increases won’t be affecting you for the next 20 years or more (expected life of this car, if properly maintained) because you can Drive it for practically FREE, if you decide to make your own Bio Diesel and you don’t have to worry about fuel shortages, with this car you are NOT depending on the oil companies at all, a BIG plus over the Hybrid cars, because even the best Hybrids have to use gasoline and are very expensive to repair, just check how much cost to replace the transaxle on a Prius.
These Mercedes Diesel cars typically get close to 30 MPG mileage without the Hydrogen Generator 23-27 city and 26-30 highways with an average MPG of 25-28 overall and with the hydrogen Generators 40+ mpg average (not bad for a heavy full size car).. ….but on homemade bio diesel who cares, it runs for almost free, yes for almost FREE and the 2 Hydrogen Generators will boost your mileage, so less filtering and less collection trips to your friendly free fuel supplier (Restaurant or Bar) if you use make your own Bio Diesel.
I am not a mathematician or a genius, but if I buy a new car let’s assume my monthly payment will be around $300 - $500.00 for 36 - 60 months depending of the Total car price plus interest, (obviously not counting the “down” payment or the “trade in allowance” for my used car, and the insurance premiums) but if I buy a good condition used Diesel Mercedes I find very difficult to spend $300.00 to $500.00 per month for 36 or 60 months on repairs or maintenance, besides that the more I drive the car the more I save, comparing the diesel price at the pump.
NOT taking into consideration if I want I can make my own bio diesel the car can be driven for practically free.
If you are reading this auction description, chances are you are looking to buy a car or just comparing fuel mileage cost or fuel alternatives on the long run.
You can buy a brand new car and get in debt for years or drive a classic with style and high standards of safety that only Mercedes Benz can offer, for practically nothing.
The decision is up to you.

BOTTOM LINE
As nice of a car as this may be, it’s still a “Used Car.” Please understand this before bidding and please expect to receive a “Used Car” not a new one, with every used car you may find some faults consistent with its age and usage. If you are someone that wants to save a lot of money on a good car and understand that to do so , you may have to put a small portion of those savings back in to the car to make it perfect as your own taste dictates, then your bid is more than welcome and appreciated.
I urge the bidders to have this car inspected by a Mercedes Benz Technician yes a MB technician, not your neighborhood favorite mechanic or your “expert” friend or relative on classic cars before auction end, to avoid any misunderstanding on the condition of the car, here is a classic example why a MB technician, all Mercedes enthusiasts know about this one, on my personal car a 1985 300CD after replacing the fuel filter the automatic transmission started to shift very hard, my son took it to a very popular automatic transmission repair shop (a national big franchise) it came back with an estimate of $1,800.00 to rebuild the transmission, (I still have the estimate sheet) I drove down the car to the Mercedes Shop after explaining to the technician what happened after the oil change and after I show him the “estimate to rebuild the transmission” he just smiled and proceed to pop up open the hood looked for some disconnected vacuum hoses and finding it just reconnected it, and like magic the transmission went back to smooth shifting, like this story I can give you about 5 different ones but 100% true ( I still keep the estimates) horror stories diagnosed by mechanics, that where fixed for free in a matter of seconds by MB technicians.
Shipping or storing the car for 30 days is no problem!
Thank you for taking the time to read my ad and good luck bidding!
