| Here is the chance to get in on a on one of the most up and coming collectible Mercedes around! The 1970 Mercedes Benz 6.3 300 SEL high performance sedan with 89,000 original miles. Muscle car performance. Great service history receipts + all original books. This is a RUST FREE example that is ready for an easy restoration. It has been in storage for some time. Car was originally sold new in San Antonio, TX and now is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It has a clear NM Title declaring actual mileage. It will be a great start because it runs and shifts great-shifts are nice tight and crisp, AC still cold, all climate control levers in great shape and operate smoothly. Headliner is in great shape, dash is perfect except for 1 small crack. The door panels are real nice. Rear original leather seats in nice shape, front seats are cracked and need restoration. Three of the windows go up/down slowly one needs a littl coaxing. It has never been wrecked-nice straight body. Car was originally in San Antonio, TX and now is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It has a clear NM title declaring actual mileage. Glass is all real nice as well. The wood around the dash is lightly checking. Tires are dry rotted from storage. The paint needs to be refinished, I don't believe it has ever been painted, original paint just faded and peeled on top of car. It has small amounts of oil drops under it after storage and the airbags go down when it sits. Engine is still tight and no blue smoke. Invest a little $$ and have a great example one of Benz's finest performance machines! The 6.3 motor is a rock solid performer and very few of these can be had for the low $$$ reserve on this one. It also had the kingpins replaced and brakes were good at last inspection. The wood around the windows is all there and in pretty good shape. One is off and is pictured in the trunk photo and just needs to be put back on. They are not broken or split, just old looking...
