1972 MERCURY COUGAR CONVERTIBLE, NEEDS COMPLETE RESTORATION, THIS VEHICLE IS COMPLETE IT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR A WHILE, CAR DOES NOT RUN ENGINE TURNS OVER BUT I DID NOT START IT, IT IS GOING TO NEED NEW TOP, INTERIOR, BODY WORK, THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT PROJECT & IT IS COMPLETE, IT DOES NEED NEW TOP, BUT THE CONVERTIBLE TOP GLASS IS THERE, THE HOOD HINGES ARE RUSTY & MAY NEED DIFFERENT HINGES, THERE IS RUST IN CAR, THIS IS A PROJECT, BUT IT IS COMPLETE, THIS WOULD BE A GREAT CAR WHEN DONE, DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS CAR, IT IS A 302 & AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
A non refundable Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of end of auction via Pay Pal, balance to be paid within 7 days of the end of auction or item will be put back up for sell & negative feed back will be sent, no exceptions. No refund will be given because of relist & aggravation.
You or your agent is welcome to inspect any vehicle we offer for sale prior to bidding. If you plan to inspect a vehicle, please do so prior to placing your bid. Inspection fees, of any, are buyer's responsibility. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and minor dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to failure. We have done our best to disclose all information known about the vehicle for auction once you are the successful high bidder you have entered a legally binding contract to purchase the vehicle. The time to ask specific questions about a vehicle or to have the vehicle inspected is before you enter this legally binding contract, not after. We will always try our best to answer any questions about a vehicle and are always as accommodating as possible with respect to inspections. Please ask question early in auction we are not always at computer & answer within a day or so, thank you.
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is" "where is". Seller makes no representations or warranties, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may apply depending on vehicle.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel a sale without prejudice based on presence of certain risk factors that could result in financial loss to the seller, or damage to the sellers’ reputation, including the sellers’ eBay feedback score.
We are not obligated to complete sales where un-necessary risk is involved. By bidding on our auctions you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms and considerations, and further agree to a ‘mutual agreement not to complete the sale’, in the event the seller demonstrates the presence of risk factors detailed below.

2) Un-confirmed shipping address
3) Un-Verified PayPal account
4) '0' Feedback (new user)
5) A history of negative feedback in the buyers profile
6) Shipping international
7) Shipping to a PO Box or APO
8) Money order or personal check transactions
9) Any correspondence remotely indicating 'feedback extortion' (placing demands on the seller with the direct or implied use of negative feedback as a consequence to not meeting such demands).
