1961 Lincoln Continental Convertible

One of only 2857 convertibles made in 1961, this car is a beauty. Repainted original Sultan white in 2004. Interior is original red leather . Car runs and drives great. A full tune-up of engine as well as rebuild of transmission was done in 2005. New brakes shoes and drums were installed as well as a rebuilt radiator. All chrome and stainless trim is in great condition. Convertible top was removed from car in non-working condition and truck area customized with amplifiers and sub-woofers. The top itself is in great shape and complete. The A/C does not work. There are other functions that need repairing such as windshield wiper motor and heater controls. Some minor interior parts such as door edge trim needs replacement. This car was put together as a fair weather cruiser. It has an Alpine stereo with (2) 12" Alpine subs/amps and MB Quart component speakers in door panels . Wheels are 22" DUG Mogul w/Pirelli tires. We have original 14" steel wheels with hubcaps that are in perfect condition.
