| I have owned this car for 11 years and in that time I have modified it into a Show Car/Cruiser. It is equipped with a 440 Chrysler V-8 tuned to '68 - '70 GTX specifications with cylinder head, carburetion and ignition upgrades. The 727 pushbutton automatic was freshened by a local expert and the original rear axle was replaced with a narrowed Dana 60 unit with a Gleason / Torsen locking differential. The suspension and brakes were upgraded to modern high performance standards. The wheels are American Racing Mags and the tires are Goodrich Radial T/A's The interior has been changed with newer upholstery and an electric split bench seat. We have driven the car twice to Reno, NV "Hot August Nights" and back to Seattle without incident. The car is a reliable and strong performer that attracts envious glances wherever it is driven.
