Terms & Conditions of Sale
1). Upon placing a bid on one of our vehicles, you are entering into a legal and binding contract as outlined in the eBay User Agreement.

2). Bidders must be of legal age (18 years or older).

3. Bidders with only negative -(1) feedback are not welcome to bid on our auctions and their bids will be terminated and they will be put on a block bidder list.

4). Bidders with zero (0) feedback must first contact the St. Louis Motor Group before bidding.

5). Although this car is being offered on auction, it is also being listed in other venues as well as being shown on a showroom floor. If a potential client makes an offer that is accepted outside of this auction, The St. Louis Motor Group reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion. The St. Louis Motor Group reserves the right to end the auction early for any reason. Furthermore, The St. Louis Motor Group is not liable for such cancellation. 6). The successful high bidder of this auction agrees to submit a deposit of $1000.00 or 15% of the agreed sale price of the vehicle, whichever is greater. All deposits must be made within 48 hours of the end of auction.

7). Buyers are not allowed to retract their bids within the time allocated by the eBay User Agreement.

8). All financial transactions must be completed within seven (7) business days of end of auction.

9). If the transaction is not completed within this given time, the buyer may risk losing all of their deposit.

10). The successful high bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the end of auction.

11). The St. Louis Motor Group has done the best of their ability to disclose all information in regards to this vehicle in said auction. Please be advised that with all pre-owned automobiles, this vehicle may have the typical wear and tear if any vehicle of its age. Mechanical parts of any pre-owned vehicle are subject to possible failure.

12). This vehicle is being sold "as is." No representations or warranties made by the seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in their purchase decisions. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty.

13). The St. Louis Motor Group will be more than willing to let the buyer get an inspection on this vehicle. The buyer is responsible for any fees associated with the inspection. If a buyer elects to not get a third party inspection and would like to fly in to St. Louis and personally inspect the vehicle, one of the representatives of the St. Louis Motor Group will be more than welcome to pick the buyer up at any of the St. Louis airports.

14). There is a $225.00 processing fee for all paperwork, titling fees, fed-x, and all other related charges.

15). Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. The St. Louis Motor group will be more than happy to assist in setting up nationwide transportation.

17). Out of state buyers are responsible for all city, county, and state taxes and fees associated with the purchase of this vehicle. In order for the buyer to register their vehicle, all fees and taxes must be paid within their state. All vehicles sold out of Illinois that are 10 years old or older are sold mileage exempt due to Illinois state law.

18). 19). Office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. and on Saturday by appointment only. We are closed on Sunday.

20). Due to demo test drives and mechanical inspections, the mileage of the car represented might be slightly different than the mileage stated when the car was first listed on eBay.

21). If for any reason that the vehicle is not ready for delivery upon agreed time of the seller, we at the St. Louis Motor Group will be more than willing to pay for a complimentary night at a hotel near the dealership for your inconvenience.
