Vehicle Description

Thanks to Mr. J. Dowers we are having to relist this item a second time at a financial loss to me personally. Due to his inability to call, make arrangements, send payments or otherwise follow through with his obligation I will ask that anyone with less than 10 positive feedback contact me during the auction or I will be forced to remove your bid. Please, let's all be fair here. If you are not going to buy this car then don't bid on it. I can't afford to keep wasting money relisting.

This is a very straight relatively rust free Notchback Barracuda. At one time it was used as a race car. It has not been tubbed and the inner fenders were not opened for headers so the car is as it was built. Currently it has no drivetrain. It has a rear end but does not have the thirdmember. It is a roller with tons of potential. Most of these cars are rust buckets but this one is not. It has solid floors, solid trunk, solid truck entensions, solid gutter drip rails in the trunk. The quarters appear to have some bondo in them but I do not know what was done in that area since I bought the car in this condition. I wanted to turn this car into a Pro Tourer and in such nice a condition as this one was in I really thought I had the right one. Financial issues with todays economy is forcing me to let this car sit for undetermined length of time and I won't allow that to happen and watch this nice car deteriorate before my very eyes. Selling this car will break my heart but I have no other choice. The floor transmission hump was opened up for the 4 speed. Pedals still in car. The hood was opened for the tunnel ram intake and the upper portion of the radiator support was cut our for a bigger radiator. Fenders are nice, doors are nice, have all the glass in place and not broken. Doors close tight and do not sag when opened. Will roll and steer, tires will hold air for transport. Can deliver anywhere in Florida and the lower portions of Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi for $2.00 per loaded mile. Car sold "as-is" with a clear Oklahoma title. There are no guarantees either written, expressed or implied. Car is also being sold locally. If you need to know what I am looking to get for the car; just ask. This is a no reserve auction.

Car will make a great race car or pro tourer. Any other questions please ask. I will try to get back with you on the same day you ask your question but a morning question might be answered that night when I get back from work. Thanks for looking at my auction and good luck bidding.

On Jun-07-08 at 10:14:42 PDT, seller added the following information:

Thanks to all of you who have asked questions reference the car. I took some additinal pictures in order to answer some questions that keep coming up. The car will have tailights and will have a gauge cluster. There will also be one grill and a front bumper. The wiring harness is there and the talight wiring is there. The trunk gutter drip rails are perfect. The floors and trunk pan are perfect. The 4 speed pedals are there and the car has a steering column from an automatic car. There is a radiator in the trunk and I do not know what number it is or for what motor combination it had in it. The lower quarters will need some attention. They have been repaired in the past and they need to be repaired again if restoring the car. The car is not a driver. The car will roll onto a trailer though. Please don't be misled, the car needs total restoration and if your looking for a race car or a hemi clone car then this is a perfect start. The top portion of the front apron where the radiator is attached too was cut out possibly for the bigger motor that the car was raced with. This is an easy repair. Just to be clear, this car needs total restoration. It was a nicer color blue than the familiar B5 blue and the interior was originally white. I have additional pictures to be sent at anyone's request.

Possible that I may be going to the Mopar Nationals for the last time; so I might be able to deliver this car there or any city along the way up but let's discuss the fee first please. My trip is not yet confirmed but it will be possible if anyone is interested.
