Up for auction is a rare 1970 Plymouth Barracuda convertible. It is in need of restoration to make very nice. Currently a good driver but far from perfect. This car was originally purchased in Honolulu, Hawaii.(Original protecto plate to verify) Then traveled to California & then Tennessee. This vehicle was a rare heater delete car, power top, power steering, & disc brakes. Has original 318 & auto transmission that runs good. The floors, frame rails, torque boxes, & inner rockers are very nice and solid. Appears to have had a lower patch in one quarter. The body is very fair but will need restoration in future. All sheet metal is usuable w/exception of trunk pan. (replacement required) The front lower hinge pillars & sills will need some metal work (minor). The interior is very presentable w/bucket seats, nice shifter & console. The canvas top, convertible frame is nice. This would make a great candidate for Hemi or 440 transplant. The original fender tag info as follows: EN1, VY3, C16, C55, P37, R11, Y05, DY3, H6X9, 000, 304, 020, 768, E44, D31, BH27, G0B, 267999. Inspection is welcome & recommended prior to bidding. This vehicle is being sold as is w/no warranty. Please enlarge & view all photos to be sure this is the car for you. Any questions please call Randy @ 803-279-6867.
