Up for auction is a 1967 Plymouth Barracuda. The car had been in storage for the last 15 years. I have just installed a new gas tank and sending unit, new holley carb, new Edelbrock intake, had the front end rebuilt, converted it over to the large bolt pattern (5X4.5) and installed new Weld prostar rims & Mickey Thompson tires just to list a few items. The car has a healthy 318 that is bored 30 over and has 340 heads with a mopar cam (originally a 273) and has a 833 hemi 4 speed. It is mechanically in sound condition, the 318 hold 60 pounds of oil pressure and it drops to 40 pounds after it is warmed up. The 4 speed still works good as it should and is a blast to drive. I have driven the car 200 miles since I have made it road worthy again, the only thing the car needs to drive long distance would be new brakes they still work good enough to drive but they will need replaced in the future. The car also has some rare options like a 150 speedo and performance indicator that still works. The car is very solid all around, the frame rails and floorpans are in excellent shape along with the body, the hood hinges do need to be replaced you have to hold the hood up. There are a few areas that has started to rust but would be an easy fix, considering the age of the car the body is in great shape. The car has an older paint job which has a few knicks and scratches here and there but overall a very decent looking car. I have too many projects going right now so here is your opportunity to get a great deal on a very solid Barracuda. Please be serious when bidding and good luck. There is a ton more to say about the car so for more information on the car please call Kevin at 812-522-7135 or 812-530-7384. I am an honest seller and I will tell you about the car best I can. Thanks for looking and have a great day.
