I have had this 1969 Firebird for 10 years. I totally went through this whole car. Everything has been replaced or restored. Most fasteners are stainless steel. I witnessed the body work and it’s very solid. Paint is very nice and car is highly detailed. It’s a great street car, fast, solid, and looks great. Has won a number of local shows, but is not a show car, there are a few small nicks and cracks. Body work and paint is 8 years old, but in great shape. Underside is just as clean and detailed as the topside. Always kept in heated garage.
Interior is stock with a few custom upgrades. All redone with new carpet, headliner, custom door panels and seats. Looks like new.
Entire drive train is fresh. Pontiac 400 engine with Speed Pro pistons, Comp Cam, Kauffman Racing aluminum heads, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Quick Fuel 750 carb, Doug Thorley chrome headers, Flowmaster system with exhaust cutouts, and Accel ignition. Rotating assembly has been balanced. Runs great on pump gas.
Muncie M-21 4-speed transmission with Zoom Dual Friction Kevlar clutch. 10 bolt Eaton Posi with Richmond 4.11 gears. Competition Engineering traction bars and frame rail connectors. American Racing aluminum wheels. Front factory disc and rear drum brakes.
Real nice street car that is fast but has good street manners. Solid and dependable. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions or need additional pictures.
