Up for your consideration is a 1972 Pontiac Le Mans Royal Blue 2 door sedan. It is in very good overall condition, but does need some work. It's VIN is 2D37M2A138388 and has just under 86,000 miles on it. It has a 350 engine and all original parts except for the seats and carpet. It does have some small rust spots, but the body is solid. The vehicle has not been inspected since 1997, but was taken in for a Pennsylvania pre-inspection last summer and was told all it needed to pass was a ball joint. The mechanic stated that the frame and body are solid. New brake pads were placed on the rear and the front, and included are new ball joints, tie rods and springs which just need installed. The springs were purchased to add 2 more inches for show. The vehicle runs great. The only physical defects known are the back window has clear silicone on it and there are some bubbles in the back under the vinyl top. The original idea was to replace the vinyl top with metal, but a new vinyl can be replaced for about 300 dollars. There is a mark on the top front corner and front middle. The front and back bumpers need redone. This vehicle is by no means perfect, but can be shined up nicely with a little work. The owner has owned this vehicle for about one year. We have very little history on the vehicle prior to that. He purchased it out of storage. The owner purchased another classic vehicle this past year and had to choose which one to fix up and decided to part with this one. We are not claiming this vehicle to be work free so it is being sold "as is". Please look at the pictures closely.
