GA. Does not provide titles for cars under 1985, we will provide all proper paper work for car being sold. You will get a tag reg. and a Bill of Sale and your state will recognize Ga. law and will give you tag/title
What we are selling with the vehicles will be in the pictures, if its not in the pictures we don't have it.
We encourage you to come by and look at the car before end of auction, or you can call and we will do our best to answer your questions.
We will give the best description we can while listing the vehicle, however some minor details may get overlooked.

1970 PONTIAC LEMANS SPORT WITH A 350, FACTORY FLOOR SHIFT,
BUCKET SEATS AND 140 MPH SPEED CLUSTER. ENGINE RUNS OK AND SOUNDS STRONG BUT WILL NEED A COMPLETE TUNE UP OR REBUILT.
CAR WILL NEED TO HAVE A COMPLETE RESTORATION. THE RIGHT AND LEFT QUARTERS WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE FLOOR PANS HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPLACED. THE TRUNK PANS WILL NEED PATCHES.
THE BOTTOM OF CAR IS OK HAS SOME DEEP SURFACE RUST BUT NO RUST HOLES.
WE TOOK PICTURES OF THE BAD AREAS UNDER THE CAR SO PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY.
THE FRAME RAIL FOR THE ROOF IS IN GOOD SHAPE, THERE IS A SMALL AMOUNT OF RUST ABOVE THE RIGHT CORNER WINDSHIELD.
THE TOP WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.
GAS TANK AND GAS LINES HAVE NO LEAKS, TRANSMISSION LINES ARE OK NO LEAKS.
THE ONLY THING WE HAVE DONE IS CLEAN THIS CAR AND GOT IT RUNNING.
THIS IS A GOOD CHANCE TO OWN A NICE PONTIAC CONVERTIBLE AT A VERY LOW COST.

Car must be paid in full in 7 days; balance must be made with cashiers check, personal check or money order. Car will be released after checks or money order has cleared. We can keep the car at our lot no-longer then 20 days. After that it will be a charge of $20.00 a day. Car can stay longer then 20 days as long as we are contacted.
