This Pontiac Tempest Custom 2 door hardtop has led a sheltered life. An Oklahoma car, it has always been kept in dry climate conditions. We have the window sticker as well as the original certificate of deliver. This car features a recent total restoration of cosmetics and mechanicals. It sports complete GTO trim. We are a licensed, bonded Texas dealership. It is required that Texas residents pay sales tax and registration. This winning bidder is responsible for taxes in his/her state. We do require payment in full before vehicle is to leave our warehouse.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. We can refer you to a number of national and international shippers.
There is no warranty expressed or implied. We make every effort to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We welcome requests for any specific photographs. We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection.
