Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

All Colorado residents and out-of state residents contracting a "leased" or "financed" vehicle are subject to sales tax in the City, County, State and/or regional government where the vehicle will be registered, and we are required by the banks/lenders/leasing companies/states to collect the relative sales tax at the time of contract signing.

Out-of-state and international cash purchases
All out-of-state and international cash purchases are not subject to sales tax by the state of Colorado, unless you plan to register the vehicle in Colorado. However, you may be subject to import taxes, license fees, sales tax, value added tax and other taxes, fees and charges by your own state or government agency. Please check with your local department of motor vehicles about importing/registering a vehicle in your area/state/country.

Contact us within 24 hours
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $2,000 deposit is due within 2 business days of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 business days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

We will gladly assist in finding shipping solutions
Buyer or lessee is responsible for picking up and/or shipping of this vehicle. However, we will gladly assist the buyer or lessee in finding competitive shipping rates, or for an extra fee, we will handle the shipping for the buyer or lessee.

Delivery & Handling Charges
To the final eBay price (or negotiated price) of each vehicle sold there will be added the sum of $199.50 for costs and additional profit to the seller/dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting new and used vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale.

Payment Methods
Acceptable Payment Methods: bank wire transfers, certified check, personal check (which will have to clear before we can deliver the vehicle to you), acceptable 3rd party financing (please inquire), cash.

Partial-payment
We can accept a non-refundable $2000 partial-payment to take the vehicle off of the selling market once agreed on terms of transaction. This partial-payment serves as your commitment to own and purchase the vehicle and complete the transaction as soon as possible. In return, the vehicle is no longer available to be test driven or purchased by any other interested party. We do require your (the buyer's) signature on the credit card partial-payment form, which in turn must be returned to us via facsimile or scanned & emailed in order for the partial-payment to be binding. Partial-payment forms can be email or faxed.
