This a very original 1970 Porsche 911T Coupe. It is red with a black interior. The vin is 9110121173 and the engine number is 61016013. I believe that this as close to original as you can get. The only items that appear to have been changed are the shift knob is a wood one, and the exhaust is an Ansa four pipe unit. The odometer reads 34,951 but I believe it to be 134,951, therefor I am selling the car as true mileage unknown. This is a very unmolested car. It still has the original Blaupunkt radio, steel wheels and hubcaps, owners manual, and the original service booklet showing that the car was delivered new on October 29th, 1970. The car runs strong and shifts fine. The dashboard has three cracks in the vinyl, the stitching in the original leather covered steering wheel needs to be redone (the leather itself is fine), the radio lights up but dos not make any sound, there is a dime sized hole in the headliner, there is a tear in the drivers seat, and there is a slight dent in the right door (I am sure that a dent wizard guy can remove it, there is no paint damage), and the paint is of driver quality. This is a time warp car in that it is so original. There are not too many unrestored ones like this left. You are invited to come inspect and drive this car before the end of the auction. This car is being sold as is, as shown with no guaranty or warranty of any kind. I am selling the car on a bill of sale only although I am trying to obtain a Maine antique title but cannot promise one. Maine is a non title state for cars older than 1994. A $500.00 non refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of the close of the auction. I will accept the deposit via PayPal. The balance is due within 7 days of the close of the auction. I will accept the balance only via bank transfer or in cash upon delivery of the car. Due to the proliferation of forged checks, there will be no exceptions.
