1. Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay's User Agreement
2. I, Chris Johnson reserves the right to,
   1. Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction.
   2. Cancel any and all bids at my discretion, or end the auction early if necessary.
3. Bidders Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid.
4. Special eBay Bid Retraction Rules: Please read eBay's "Retracting a Bid"
   1. If you place a bid before the last 12-hour period of the auction:
      • You may retract that bid before that last 12-hour period but only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction.
   2. If you place a bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction:
      • You will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances but only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.
5. Buyers Inspection: I, Chris Johnson has made every effort to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you.  I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for the auction. Although, I welcome and encourage a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending.  Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.  If you are unable to come and inspect the car in person, I can provide transportation to any mechanic shops of your choice for inspection in the city of Sarasota or Bradenton for a nominal fee of $50. You will need to arrange with the work shop that you have choosen for the inspection and pay the inspection fee that they charge plus the $50 transportation fee in advance with your credit card.  Please feel free to email e-mail and ask questions prior to auction ending and I will be happy to assist you in every way I can.  If you plan to fly in to the Sarasota/Bradenton International airport I will be happy to pick you up.  I'm located 5 minutes away from the airport.

7. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Please call the Department of Motor Vehicle for additional information.
8. Title Information: If payment is made by cashier's/certified bank check I will hold the title until the check has cleared.
9. Shipping & Delivery:
1. The buyer is responsible for pick up and all shipping charges. I have a long history of transporting and shipping cars domestic and overseas. I will be happy to refer you to a reliable and affordable transporting or shipping company who have served me for years. I will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! For more information please contact  Chris at (941) 504-0340
2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. I assume full responsiblility while the car is in my possession.  But I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my property. All shipping arrangements are provided by Chris Johnson as a courtesy. I'm not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Chris Johnson.
3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
10. Payment Instructions:
1. The successful high bidder (buyer) MUST submit a 10% or $2000 whichever is  greatest non-refundable deposit within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle by either an overnight mail (with tracking number) certified bank check/cashier's check or bank wire.  Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within seven (7) days of the close of the auction by cashier's/certified bank check or bank wire. 
2. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
3. If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours or two (2) business days or if the sale is not complete within seven (7) days of the close of the auction, I reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer unless I, Chris Johnson and the buyer has communicated to make another agreement.
11. Finalizing your Purchase:
1. Chris Johnson will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Chris Johnson by e-mail or phone (941) 504-0340 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If I cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within seven (7) days, I reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
3. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax a copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence or Passport. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
4. Winning bidders who do not finalize purchase will receive negative feedback.
12. Money Back Guarantee: I would like you to be happy with your new purchase.  I will gladly refund your money back IF VEHICLE IS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON eBAY.  The vehicle and title must be shipped back to me within seven (7) days or at least be confimed that it has been loaded on the returning truck of its arrival to you. It must not have more than 100 additional miles and it must be in the same condition as stated on its original bill of lading from the transporting company. The buyer will receive a full refund no later than two (2) business days after I have received the car and title back. The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges both ways, which is NOT refundable by the seller.
