| This is a great opportunity for someone who already
has an FE motor sitting around their garage and wants a Cobra. Just drop your FE motor in and go! Deduct $10,000.00 from
final auction price and you bought the Cobra without
a motor. Or, buy the Cobra as you see it.
You are bidding on an Everett Morrison Cobra replica with a professionally built 428 CI Ford FE big
block motor. Behind the motor is a Ford Toploader 4-speed and a solid axle Ford 9" rear with traction-loc 3:50 gears. This Cobra
has an awesome "FE" big block rumble. The Everett Morrison chassis is like the original Shelby Cobra, with 4" round tube
frame. Up front is a Mustang II front-end (completely rebuilt).
The Cobra is registered as a 1965 Ford vehicle. No State inspections to worry with here!
Some history: I bought the car about 3 years ago. Not satisfied with the previous owner's build quality, I stripped
the Cobra to the chassis. I then delivered the Cobra to AutoVision in Pennsylvania, - a company that built custom
vehicles and a custom builder of Everett Morrision Cobra replicas. The rebuilding of the Cobra was extensive, first rate,
and costly ($7,600.00) excluding the drive train.. After receiving the Cobra from AutoVision, the Cobra was taken to
Maryland Muscle Car of Hagerstown, Maryland for the engine build and installation.

The Cobra runs great and looks good. The Cobra was not repainted and it is not a show car quality paint job. Simply put, it
is a "6 footer". It has some chips and other paint imperfections here and there. However, with the vintage racing decals
(will peal off and on for racing as needed with no effect on the paint), it gets tons of attention and no one seems
to care about the paint! Every show I take it too, many people think it is a real Cobra and right off the race track. It has
that "vintage" race look of being used and enjoyed. As stated earlier, the 4" round tube chassis is by Everett Morrison
which I confirmed with the owner of Everett Morrison (Brett) as being a 1995 to 1998 chassis.
A few small items remain to complete the car. They are small but worth mentioning. There are no door panels installed and hinge covers. I installed a quick carpet job
in the car, but it is not a form fitting kit nor does it extend all the way into the foot wells. You may want to replace
it - or perhaps not. No rubber kit installed on doors or hood. There is no prop for the rear trunk lid. The rubber shifter
boot is not secured to the transmission hump because I did not buy the correct boot. The existing boot just sits atop the
shifter. Beyond those few items, nothing else needs attention in my estimation.
If you buy just the Cobra and not the engine, YOU WILL ALSO GET the Everett Morrison headers and side pipes, and
the Ford toploader transmission, including the hydraulic throw-out bearing. I will also include the Ford coolant expansion
tank with the thermostat switch for controlling the radiator cooling fan. That is all the additional parts you will receive!
I will only remove the engine AFTER receiving a $5,000.00 non-refundable deposit in cash, or bank transfer from the buyer.
The balance will be due in cash, or bank transfer. All payments must clear my bank account before the car is delivered
to the new owner.
Whether buying the complete Cobra or the Cobra minus the engine, a $1,000.00 deposit is required within
48 hours from end of auction via cash, wire transfer, or Paypal.
I strongly encourage anyone interested to visit and check the Cobra out for yourself. My time is
valuable and I am sure yours is too. So please - no "tire-kickers", only serious buyers. I will be happy to take you
for a ride so you can experience how nice this car drives - if the weather cooperates. Because these cars are a handful
to drive and my insurance dictates, I will decide who drives the Cobra. Sorry, but don't want any accidents or injuries.
Trades: I would consider a possible trade plus cash for the Cobra. The only cars of interest to me would
be a rust-free, or nearly rust-free 1965 to 1970 FASTBACK Mustang. If interested, ask me.
PLEASE read everything carefully so you don't miss something before sending me an email with questions. Read the description
a second time. I am happy to answer any and all questions not covered in the description - just ask. Do not ask me what the reserve is
because I will not disclose it.
The Cobra is located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia near Martinsburg, West Virginia or Hagerstown, Maryland.- Zip Code 25443.
About 60 miles out of Washington, DC and about 100 miles south of Harrisburg, PA. It is very convenient to Virginia,
Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania, just off Interstate Route 81 and Interstate Route 70. Let me know if you would like to
schedule a time to see the car.
