1955 Studebaker President

Here is a classic 1955 Studebaker President V8 State Ultra Vista Sedan.  2-tone white over blue. Great condition, runs and handles Very well.  Looks great!  Features a new, 3 speed manual transmission with overdrive and working Hill Holder. A lot of work has been done on this over the years, including:

Engine Re-built about 3 years ago.

New Battery (last year)

Restored Steering Gear (last year)

Re-did the wiring to the back lights, the rest of the wiring is in good shape.

New brakes, including new master cylinder, wheel cylinders and brake hoses (done last year)

New Axle and Gear Seals (last Year)

Chrome has been re-done, although there is a spot on a rear tail light that has peeled.

All good tires and rubber. The interior and upholstery is like new. Everything works except the dashboard clock, and I can't hear anything out of the AM radio either.

Mileage is 77647. The fellow I originally got this from said it was stored for many years, and that the mileage is correct, but I have no way of verifying that.

The paint is good. It also has the gold trim pieces and door handles and such. A very sharp looking car!

Also includes the Owners Manual, Shop Manual, Parts Manual, all sorts of literature, receipts showing what has been bought for it over the years, and a box of spare parts.
