Hey from North Dakota. I bought this car in 1996, it had 60,000 miles on it. I am the third owner. I've driven it every summer since then. It's rear wheel drive so it goes into the shed every fall, away from the snow and cold. The reason I'm selling is my husband bought me my dream car, a 1967 mustang. So, now it's someone elses turn to enjoy the car.
The car is not perfect. As you see in the photos it needs a paint job. The front lower spoiler is broken, and the trim is separating in a couple places. There is a small tear in the upholstry on the passenger seat, and the armrest has a hole. The hatchback carpet has a large dried paint spill. (the moral of that story is always make sure the lid is on tight) The tires are new, with about 1000 miles on them. (purchased June 07)
The engine runs good. lots of power. Uses 1/2 to 3/4 quart of oil between changes. Transmission is strong. Steering rack sometimes a little jerky at idle speeds. The AC works, but the clutch bearing sounds a little dry.
This car has been serviced regularly and overall, the car drives out good. |
